At CureON, we are committed to fast, reliable delivery and making returns straightforward when something is not right.

Shipping

Order processing: Dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
Estimated delivery: Lahore orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 days; the rest of Pakistan within 3 to 5 days (5 to 7 days during sales). Tracking is sent via SMS and email.
Order tracking: Track at any time by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or social media.

Policy window: Complaints accepted within 10 to 15 days of delivery. Inspection and processing take 5 to 7 working days.
How to request: Message us with your order number and issue details. A rider will collect the package for inspection and resolution.
Quality issues: Share batch number, expiry date, order details, and photo/video evidence for quick verification and replacement/refund.
Damaged or leaked items: Share order number and photos/videos of damage. We arrange pickup and send a free replacement.
Wrong orders or mind change: Product must remain sealed, unused, and in original packaging. A standard courier fee of Rs. 200 applies.
Refund payouts: Approved refunds are sent directly to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account.
Doorstep exchange: Our courier collects from your doorstep and can deliver your replacement at the same time.
